Description
of the Facility
Operational since 1993, the Domaine Jacques Masse offers a specialized
facility and an exceptional environment for the disabled. This large
cottage can accommodate 14 persons at a time. It offers five rooms, two
adapted bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, washer and dryer, a large
stone fireplace. The cottage is adjacent to a small private lake with a
beach, a small farm, a large yard with a garden, a recreational area, a
pergola with a B.B.Q., etc.
Customer base: The Domaine is offered to disabled persons and their
family and friends, as well as support organizations.
Directions: Autoroute 15 North, exit 89 direction St-Donat. At 1.6 km
from the exit 89, turn right and drive to Ste-Lucie-des-Laurentides (11.6 km).
At the church of the village of Ste-Lucie, turn left and and drive
2.3 km to Chemin du Vieux 7e rang. Turn right on Chemin du vieux 7e
rang. The Domaine is to your left, some 300 meters on this road.

Activities
Proposed
Handicraft, painting and parlour games are offered indoors. Swiming, rowboating, playing horseshoe,
hiking, visiting the small farm,
gardenening, etc. are other activities offered.

Summer Respite
The Foundation offers a summer respite program for disabled adults, Monday
through Friday. These guests are integrated to the Foundation staff during
their stay. They are invited to join the different activities proposed.
The total cost for these four days is $ 300. The persons interested by
this respite program must reserve in advance with a $150 deposit and
complete the form

additional costs may apply for outings in the community. Transit is not provided by the Foundation.

Autumn
Program
Different groups can rent the Domaine Jacques Masse throughout the
year. The Foundation does not usually offer
support staff with this program. Placements and the costs of renting the cottage are
provided below.
